About the Role

<li><p class="font_8">Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling, networking, and doing self-generated leads by doing premise visits and industry events</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Present services and proposals to prospective clients</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Discovering the needs of, and challenges faced by, clients and encouraging them to use the services provided by the company</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Create budgets and timelines for clients</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Negotiate terms and conditions with clients</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Works in conjunction with the Marketing, Recruitment, and Operations Department to meet clients' objectives </p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Meet with other executives to discuss client's needs, progress, and outcomes and expedite workflow </p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities Reporting and recording all sales activities through HubSpot </p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Respond to complaints and resolve client’s issues </p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the client’s satisfaction and maintain the company’s reputation</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs </p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Leverage relationships/partnerships to generate new leads</p></li>

Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. HubSpot) is a plus
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
Resilience and ability to stay calm when under pressure
A business acumen
Enthusiastic and passionate
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
Good "people skills", for working with a range of colleagues and clients
