About the Role

<li><p class="font_8">Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Take the extra mile to engage customers</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Book and reschedule appointments</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Assist clients at the front desk</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Receive client documents and payments</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Data entry and handle paperwork for client files</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Other administrative duties</p></li>
</ul>

Requirements

  • Undergraduate, Associate, and or Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 6 months CSR related work experience 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Patient and Professional

  • Self-starter and fast learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment

  • Sales experience is a plus

  • Strong work ethic

  • Ability to diffuse difficult situations under pressure

  • Multitasker with the ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
