Onboarding

Every MSP is unique. We start the engagement by assigning one of our Sr. Onboarding Engineers to work with your team for at least 30 days. During this time we will learn your technical requirements, client dynamics and company culture.

Sourcing

We take the information we learned during the onboarding and work with our recruitment team to source the perfect candidates. We will only send you the top resumes and interview videos. You perform the final interview and approve your hire.

Training

Your team is busy running your MSP. We take care of the training for you! Our Sr. Onboarding Engineer will mentor your new hire and train them with everything we learned during the onboarding.

Go Live

Your new hire is now ready to Go-Live and support your MSP! We then continue to proactively manage and mentor your new hire. We make sure they are meeting KPIs and provide them with continued training to ensure they keep up with the latest and greatest technologies.
